"We were here in Mestre for 3 days in total. Of all pizza places , this pizza place was different. Pizza marinara was majestic and that tells a lot. Be sure to choose N'duja pizza if you want spicy N'duja which brings the real heat . Here in La Luna you can find and taste perfect pizza soul sauce, perfect amount of spices and perfect divine dough! If you start eating it right away you will be amazed. The taste of a dough is something different, special. Usually I dont write pizza place reviews but i have to for "La Luna". "The chef is passionate about his food. The pizza crust has flavor and spring to the touch. Perfect on its own, then he adds high quality ingredients and homemade fresh tomato sauce. There are lots of choices for toppings. I recommend choosing simple combinations so the ingredients can shine through. Make room for dessert. The tiramisu is creamy and rich - perfect for sharing"

"Ordered the family sized margarita thinking, oh 11 euro that should be a decent size for 2 to share. As you can see it was MASSIVE. And absolutely delicious. Incredible value for money. Both members of staff were so kind and friendly it felt like I was being served at someone's home. Really really nice experience would thoroughly recommend"

"On a recent family trip throughout Italy, we found this little gem of a place outside of Venice near the hotel we were staying at. The owners (including the chef) were so very welcoming to us and patient with our almost nonexistent Italian and terrible pronunciations! The food was incredible, from pizza to pasta to an enormous calzone the chef made special for me, to the amazing tiramisu, we had a very enjoyable experience at La Luna. We would definitely go back if we are ever fortunate enough to visit the area again!"

"Great pizzeria restaurant in the neighborhood of Mestre-Favaro Veneto neighborhood of Venice Italy, located on Via S. Dona. Great food, wine, coffee and dessert. The restaurant has a sit-in dining area in front of the restaurant & inside. The T1 Tram passes by in front of the restaurant and stops at St. Lucia train station (25-30 min) and back into the neighborhood. It's my second visit in 2 weeks. I'll be back to this restaurant and the neighbourhood when I return to Italy. The owners are a very nice couple that welcome you to their restaurant like family."

"This Pizzeria is a hidden gem which lies not far outside from Venice. We found it passing by travelling. This was by far one of the best pizzas we had on our tour through Italy. I highly recommend this Pizzeria. The owners are also very nice people. We really had a good time enjoying our food. We definately will come back when we visit Venice again."
